With “Learning to Discover … Discovering to Learn” as our summer 2012 overall theme, the Horizons program at The Harley School entered its 18th year of serving low-income, urban students—and contributing to the development of individuals who will be successful academically … and in life. Out of all the wonderful partnerships we have throughout the Greater Rochester area, none is more critical and vital than the partnership of the Harley community.  We can’t THANK YOU enough for our success. We look forward to doing it again in summer 2013.
