On January 22, 2016, the Upper School Key Club welcomed back the American Red Cross to host a blood drive in the Briggs Center for Civic Engagement. Always a coordinated and organized effort, many of the Upper School students volunteered and managed the day-long drive, scheduling and checking people in, making sure donors had enough to eat and drink to help them recover, and generally keeping things flowing well. As is the case with all of our blood drives at Harley, we had a fair percentage of new students donors, as well as Harley parents, faculty, and c0mmunity members. Thanks to all who gave their time and blood for a worthy cause!
