Building with pasta and marshmallows

THE GARDEN SEARCH

Third Grade went in the Harley garden to study it.  We were talking about which plant was healthyier. The mystery plant won! We called the Mystery plant a squash! A couple days later, we figured out what the mystery plant was……it was a gourd! IT WAS A GREAT DAY – Amanda

Bee Poems in Reading

Third Graders have been practicing choral reading through poetry.  We learned about honeybees, compared and contrasted the queen bee and the worker bee, and wrote a paragraph about which we would rather be.  Here are all three groups performing the poem!  They have been working on tone, inflection, and body language.
